Do you have excellent math accuracy and strong attention to detail? We're looking for a
Purchasing Executive
to ensure smooth and error-free ordering with our trusted suppliers.What You'll Do
Place accurate purchase orders with
suppliers
. Double-check calculations for quantities, prices, and totals before confirming. Review invoices and delivery notes to avoid discrepancies. Ensure all purchasing documents follow SOPs and approval flow. Support sales and logistics teams by ensuring timely and correct supplies.What We're Looking For
Strong
math & calculation skills
-- accuracy is a must. Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined in following SOPs. High integrity --zero tolerance for fraud or shortcuts
. Able to read drawings/specifications (to verify orders when needed with designer assistants). At least 1-2 years of purchasing or admin experience preferred. Right to work in Malaysia (Malaysian citizen or valid work permit).Why Join Us?
