We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead the charge in building and scaling our Quality Assurance practice.
In this role, you'll take ownership of end-to-end quality, from defining acceptance criteria before development begins to driving System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with clients.
You'll collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers across multiple projects - helping ensure that every release meets our clients' expectations for performance, reliability, and user experience.

• Strong foundation in QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and performance tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Experience with defect management tools like Jira, ClickUp, or TestRail.
• Ability to recommend the right QA tools and frameworks for various project needs.

Soft Skills

• Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Naturally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Leads with empathy, encourages collaboration, and takes ownership of outcomes.
• Able to guide teams diplomatically and uphold QA standards across multiple projects.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software QA or testing roles.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or multi-client environment is preferred.
• Exposure to eCommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Laravel) is an advantage.
• Experience driving SIT/UAT processes and liaising directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a scalable QA framework for multi-project environments.
• Define acceptance criteria and testing scope before development begins.
• Work closely with developers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed test scripts and documentation for SIT and UAT.
• Lead and facilitate SIT/UAT sessions with clients, ensuring clear reporting and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and manage external penetration testing and security validations.
• Recommend and implement QA process improvements across projects.
• Help build and mentor a growing QA team, starting with interns and juniors.
