Plan and request the related training to meet quality objectives.

Managing the QA processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.
Managing the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Correcting, preventing or reducing undesired effects in order to improve the performance and effectiveness of the process.
Direct, control and motivate production team in all aspects that affecting work performance.
Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 quality complaints and perform the diagnosis to the problem faced. Submit report to QA Manager for his review and recommendation.
Plan and lead internal discussion with respective process owners on the customer complaint / feedback received. Follow up on corrective / preventive action for customer return / complaints.
Manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 CAR / 8D / customer quality complaints\xe2\x80\x99 progress and closure.
Follow up on FA submission.
To assist QA Manager in the administration of QMS.
To perform analytical testing and resolve product non-conformance issues.
Prepare a Control Plan & FMEA for evaluation and inspection of each new part / manufacturing process.
Develop and implement quality standard and quality control system. Ensuring all products meet the set quality standards.
Prepare Work Instruction (W.I.) for new inspection standard/guideline.
To give advises to the QA team to solve their work-related problems.
To maintain proper filling for all respective document.
Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.
Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or requiredMinimum Requirements: * Diploma & above in Engineering or At least 3-4 years of working experience in plastic injection, silicone rubber and coatings.
Required languages: Able to understand, write and communicate in Malay & English.
Having knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 & IATF16949 is a MUST.
Familiar with LEAN manufacturing and good knowledge of process improvement e.g. FMEA, SPC & etc.
Knowledge on scientific analysis problem solving e.g. 6 sigma, Kaizen, 8D, Ishikawa, 5x why analysis.
Knowledge in 5S implementation, Safety and Health development is added advantage.
Other competences: Good in leadership, communication and people management skills, responsibility & accountability
