Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards for products.
Communicates quality standards to QA team and product development team.
Coordinates product testing processes and participates in product testing.
Recommends and facilitates solutions to issues that happen in multiple products.
Handle customer complaints and conduct failure analysis.
Response and follow-up on customer corrective action and improvement plan.
Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback. Maintains compliance with regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the QA department.
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
Implements audits throughout the supply chain, ensuring quality standards, safety, and legal requirements, and company policies and specifications are met.
Provides quality engineering support for in-progress and final acceptance projects.
Provides technical and administrative support and guidance to direct and indirect reports.
Develops and implement strategies to increase the quality and customization of products.
Oversees data collection, analysis, and other research for quality projects.
To manage and trains quality assurance staff. To lead a team of QA & QC personnel to ensure conformity of products and systems to a quality standard.
