Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or relevant science field.
• At least 2 years of experience in QC/QA.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO, HALAL, and local cosmetic regulatory standards.
• Quality decision-making, documentation, and people development.
• Good analytical, investigation, and reporting skills.
• Prior experience in a skincare, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and execute work instructions for quality checks during the receipt of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process control, and dispatch of finished goods
• Monitor and enforce GMP working procedures in the plant, covering production processes, transport, storage, cleaning, and personnel hygiene, and follow up on corrective actions when necessary
• Design and implement QA/QC programs, leading the department's daily activities to drive continuous process improvement
• Conduct investigations on test failures, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution
• Provide coaching and technical training to QA/QC staff members to enhance professional and technical competencies
• Maintain accurate documentation of QA/QC records, test reports, and inspection results in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Support internal and external audits by preparing QA/QC-related documentation and participating in audit activities
• Collaborate with Production and R&D to ensure that product quality meets established benchmarks and specifications
• Monitor pest control and sanitation programs to ensure alignment with product safety requirements.
