Job Responsibilities

Perform verification and quality checks on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with required standards. Work closely with the purchasing team to address supplier-related issues, assess supplier quality performance, and support improvement initiatives. Oversee daily laboratory operations, including maintaining good laboratory practices, ensuring calibration of equipment, managing procurement of lab tools, and continuously enhancing overall lab systems. Carry out product testing, interpret analytical data, ensure accuracy and consistency of results, and prepare comprehensive reports according to specifications. Establish inspection methods, define testing parameters, improve quality control procedures, and develop effective work instructions. Lead and support product quality enhancement activities through ongoing monitoring, data evaluation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, legal standards, certifications, and relevant quality management systems. Coordinate internal audits and supplier audits, while assisting with external audits from authorities or certification bodies. Ensure audit findings are well documented, resolved promptly, and used to promote continuous improvement. Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, prepare reports, and recommend suitable corrective measures. Collaborate with Production, QC Inspectors, and QC Executive to resolve quality issues and develop effective preventive measures. Review and validate sanitation and hygiene practices to ensure cleaning procedures are effective and meet safety requirements. Conduct training for subordinates and operators to build strong discipline, hygiene awareness, productivity, and safe working habits. Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements

Ability to

communicate effectively in Mandarin, Malay, and English

, with Mandarin preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers*.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Food Science or other relevant technical fields. Minimum

3 years of experience

in a related industry, including at least 1 year in a quality management capacity. Solid understanding of

ISO 9001

quality management principles and hands-on experience with quality system operations. Competent in applying

quality tools (7QC Tools or 8D Problem Sloving and etc.)

and methodologies, including CAPA, FMEA, and statistical techniques for process and quality improvement.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
