Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Senior QS Cum Procurement

to join our team at

Vfive Group Sdn Bhd

. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Quantity surveying and procurement

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & subcontractor Management

Source and prequalify new suppliers and subcontractors in line with project requirements. Maintain and update the subcontractors list and ensure supplier information is periodically reviewed. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and support for project execution.

Cost & Budget Control

Assist in preparing project procurement budgets and cost comparisons. Monitor material prices and market trends to support cost saving initiatives. Work closely with quantity surveyor and project teams to ensure alignment between procurement cost and project budget.

Contract & Compliance

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ISO standards and project specific requirements. Coordinate with the legal team to review contract terms and conditions. Manage procurement documentation, including quotations, correspondence and approval records.

Project Coordination

Liase with site, engineering and planning teams to forecast material requirements. Track material delivery schedules to avoid site delays. Attend project and coordination meetings when required.

Job Requirements:

5 years of working experience

in QS/Procurement Familiar with

Q

S or Procurement. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
