Plan and complete performance tests using automated means, lead testing procedures, and create detailed reports with different teams in the organization. Develop thorough test plans for medium to complex systems to ensure that application functionality meets original requirements to project. To identify and apply the use of appropriate test automation tools, libraries, and technologies, evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Determine the testing approach, strategy, scope, and objectives for different phases of the software development lifecycle in test automation processes. To design and document scalable and maintainable test scripts, test cases and automation frameworks that meet the project\'s requirements and standards for quality assurance and testing processes. To create and maintain system manual guideline/reference documents and provide trainings to the stakeholders independently. Strongly integrate with cross teams and be flexible to participate in both Manual and Test Automation based on project requirements. To develop and maintain UAT test documentations, conduct walkthrough and assist users for a smooth UAT. Collaborate with Product and Development team to identify improvement areas, develop and maintain robust regression testing strategies to ensure optimal quality in ongoing product enhancements and update releases. Work alongside the Support Team for rectification and verification of tickets and/or issues according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Outstanding communication skills and well collaborates with stakeholders and team members Mentors and provides training assistance to junior engineers and/or interns / fellow team members. Ensure that the quality of applications delivered meet the requirements specified and fulfils functionality needs of the stakeholders, businesses, and users. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in Software Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent. Preferable with 5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. Extensive experience in the followings: Software Testing methodologies, best practices and quality assurance for the full software testing life cycle (STLC). Test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium, Testim, Rainforestqa, etc.) Programming languages commonly applied in test automation. Possesses technical knowledge and ability to be hands-on with both manual and automated testing. Possesses strong analytical skills, testing planning and execution with great communication skills. Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented and a responsible team-player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market. Good to have: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Selenium SeU CSE Familiar with / experience in performance tests using tools i.e. Apache JMeter, Grinder, Gatling, JCrawler, OpenWebLoad.
