Job Responsibilities

Understand, Interpret and Prepare the quality plan, quality inspection flow & inspection checklist according to project (customer) specifications. Prepare, update and review the quality control work instruction regularly and timely. Monitor the calibration of measuring equipment and ensure all the measuring equipment used in the plant are fit to use and calibrate before the due date To ensure the incoming inspector equipped with necessary knowledge to inspect incoming material according to IQC specifications and procedures. Follow up on the product recall from the customer & rework status if there is. Manage outgoing product quality, including final inspection, customer requirements compliance, and documentation. Coordinate with cross function department to handle quality feedback or customer complaints. Supervise QA operators/group leaders/technicians in ongoing quality improvement activities Issue NCR and work with production to minimize the internal rejects and improve quality-related issues. Assist Quality Manager & participate in internal & external audits. Assist Quality Manager in monitoring the quality objectives (KPI) and analyzing quality performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial, Electrical/ Electronic engineering. 4 or more years experience in quality engineering, quality assurance or similar role. Having working experience in SMT manufacturing is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Computer proficiency in MS Office applications. Familiarity with knowledge in IATF16949 / ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001 certified environment preferred. Good verbal and written communication in Mandarin, English and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
