Committed. #OGJS Working Location: KL Office Contract Type:Temporary Duration: 2yrs Senior Quality Engineer Responsibilities And Accountabilities Responsible and accountable to lead all assigned investigations relating to Quality non-conformances (incidents) and complete it satisfactorily in compliance with Company processes and within the agreed timeframe comprising of the following: Data/evidence collection Interview with relevant personnel Review, verification and cross checks of data / evidence including interview outcome Structuring the overall findings and ensuring it is Clarified, Sorted and causes Prioritized in liaison with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and relevant company personnel Performing final RCA using the appropriate methodology to determine the Root Cause(s) Responsible to ensure the Root cause(s) is agreed with the responsible party / action owner(s) and Request responsible part ies / action owner(s) to propose corrective actions or alternatively propose appropriate correctives actions including planned completion / closure date of the corrective actions Prepare report and slides for senior management / stakeholders Present investigation outcome to senior management / stakeholders Ensure the investigation report is approved by the relevant / designated authorities Accountable for verifying completion of corrective actions Apart from investigations, this role will require to carry out audits or verifications activities in a structured manner on past corrective actions and/or implementation of lessons learned which is the essence of continuous improvement Qualification Requirements: Bachelor / Masters in Engineering, Science, or in Quality related disciplines. Minimum 8-10 years\' experience in Oil and Gas industry in Quality Assurance or Quality Control function or HSSE / Process Safety Minimum 6-8 years Project Experience with good understanding of Project Management Fundamentals, Engineering principles, lifecycle and assurance process and Construction Processes involving fabrication activities as well as special processes Minimum 6-8 years\' experience in conducting Quality investigations resulting from Non-conformance, major Quality and/or HSSE incidents and other background of process investigations. Strong Auditing Skills and has Lead Auditors Competency Certificate i.e. ISO 9001 or other equivalent standards Strong proven understanding of Quality Management Systems i.e. ISO 9000 ISO TS 29001 etc., Processes and its interfaces. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in combination with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated technical writing skills.
