Job Description

1. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
2. Develop and review quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
3. Interpret, implement and evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
4. Review the implementation and effieciency of qualoity and inspection systems.
5. Conduct and coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.
6. Collect and compile statistical quality data. Check and advise analysis ewport.
7. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in quality system.
8. Lead investigations and follow-up on customer complaints, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
9.Prepare and preent monthly quality performance reports and improvement plans to management.
10. Coordinate and lead on-site audits conducted by external providers.
11. Evaluate audit findings and follow up with related department on corrective actions.
12. Responsible for document management systems.
13. Support department activities.
14. Conduct training and awaremess programs for associates on quality practices and standard work.
15. Act as QMR to coordinate and monitor Quality Management Systems activities.

Job Specification
1. Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management , Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification is an advantage.
3.Mininum 3 years of working experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, preferably in automative, manufacturing or logistics industries.
4. Experience in habdling customer complaints, internal quality audits, and process improvements.
5. Strong in ISO 9001:2015 requirement and documentation control.
6. Experience in supporting or implementing Kaizen activities or continious improvement programs is an added advantage.
7. Strong knowledge of quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 why, Fishbone, PDCA)
8. Ability to perform root cause analysis and prepare corrective and preventive actions reports.
9. Good analytical, problem solving and decision-makin skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point , and data analysis.
11. Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
12. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
