Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Able to speak in Mandarin
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a QS role, preferably in an interior design or construction firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QS tools; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Independent, resourceful, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Source, compare, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handle contract administration, progress claims, and variation orders.
• Monitor project costs and report on budget vs. actual.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
• Assist in tender preparation and cost negotiations.
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and review final accounts and ensure timely closure.
