Requirements:

Degree / Diploma / Certificates in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying. Minimum 2 years working experience in development / construction company Willing to work extended working time, if required. Good negotiation skills and nature disposition with a sense of urgency Ability to work under tight schedules and possess team working spirit

Responsibilities:

Able to handle and lead pre and post contracts. Working independently and monitoring projects independently. Able to handle task effectively and maintain good communication with the project team (developers, consultants and subcontractors). Preparation of Variation Order, Construction Budget and Final Account.

Remuneration Packages:

Basic: RM4,000 - RM5,999 Annual leave, Health Insurance, and statutory contributions. Annual bonus and increment will be based on work performance. Free Parking
