Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
Location : Ipoh & SelangorRequirements:
- Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/GraduateDiploma, Master\'s
- Pre-contract works - estimating and tendering, calling quotation, measurement, taking off, cost estimation, preparation of BQ for design and build projects, attend tender interview or clarification.
- Post-contracts work - material budgeting, cost estimation, as-built site measurement and quantity taking-off before site commencement, invitation of quotation and negotiation, sub-contractor award, material sourcing and procurement, handle progress claim, VO claim, progress payment, final account, attend site valuation and meeting.
- Work with architects, external QS, contracts and project team.
- Evaluate claims for progress payment and additional works or final accounts.
- Provide support in the estimation of new project costs, preparation of specifications, BQ and other tender requirements.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Min 3 years related experience (QS), Min 5 years (Senior QS)
