JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tender Submission Preparation. Attend site valuations, prepare, evaluate and submit progress claims, VO and final account to Client. Collaborate with Client, Consultant, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors. Sub contract support management: Assist to prepare LOA, Work Order, LOI, claims, payments, VOs, final account & etc. Cost Analysis: To obtain quotations, compare and verification including technical specifications. Verification of works: To verify works done and joint site valuation & measurement with contractor Establishment of cost elements / trades Taking off & measurement and Prepare BQ Responsible for any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD
REQUIREMENT:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey. 4 - 6 years experience of relevant in building industry, preferably Q.S. with project housing. Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office Possess analytical competencies Meticulous, independent with good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
