Job Description

Minconsult Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Rail Alignment Engineer to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in the design and implementation of complex rail infrastructure projects, contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce horizontal and vertical alignment designs and drawings using Bentley Open Rail Designer. Plan alignments to address minimizing impact to existing infrastructure, social and environment. Manage drawing production and reports. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and methodologies.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or any related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a strong focus on rail alignment and track design Extensive experience in design (plain line, switch and crossing) of railway track infrastructure project. Good knowledge of railway operations and permanent way and system (drainage, trackform, third rail etc). Proven track record of delivering complex rail infrastructure projects to a high standard Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Able to lead team of designers and drafting staff. Proficiency in the use of relevant design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, OpenTrack, and Bentley Rail Track Thorough understanding of rail industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
