Job Description
Location: Johor Bahru
s:
- Develop new and existing products.
- To lead the regulatory legislation for oversea markets.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the consistency and safety of food products.
- To issue the Certificate Of Analysis (COA)
- Monitor and audit production processes to ensure adherence to Halal standards.
- Verify that product labeling accurately reflects the Halal status of the food items.
- Work with the packaging team to ensure that packaging materials comply with Halal requirements.
- Conduct trials and experiments to test different ingredient combinations and processing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to bring new products to market.
- Candidate possess a Bachelor\'s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/or any equivalent.
- Knowledge of product line and manufacturing processes, general Knowledge of food industry (Hazard Analysis HACCP)
- Knowledge in process Control procedures.
