Job Description
Location: Johor Bahru, Johors:
- Develop and improve new and existing formulations under supervision.
- Supervise the work of subordinates to achieve the highest possible efficiency.
- Process HQ formulation and reproduce them.
- Plan and communicate necessary resources for lab and pilot tests.
- Ensure the issue of updated and complete TDS.
- Update SAP master data and other necessary SAP processes.
- Organize and plan the pilot plant and its tests.
- Reporting on the day-to-day job and project progress.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Technology or its equivalent.
- Must have minimum 2 years of work experience in the food industry.
- Knowledge of Food Technology and Formulation, Food Analysis (Theoretical and Practice) and Fat Chemistry (Theoretical).
- Understand Food Process Regulations and Requirements.
