- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory as training and coaching will be provided)
- Able to speak and understand English (Knowledge of spoken Mandarin/ Cantonese is an added advantage but not compulsory)
- Self-motivated, aggressive and possess a high interest in the property industry
- Love challenges and like to work in a competitive environment
- Possess own transport and are willing to travel
- Must have either a working laptop or iPad/ Tablet
- Must be willing/ available to work on weekends & public holidays
- Actively involved in the selling process of the new residential projects
- Prospect, contact and meet with potential clients
- Present property sales brief and marketing materials to clients
- Ensure consistent and effective follow-ups in providing good service
- Build and maintain long-term rapport with new and existing clients
- Advise on the purchasing processes and requirements to eventually close the deal
- Provide guidance and direction to sales team members through leadership and coaching to ensure project goals are met and exceeded (for team lead and manager position only)
- Fast commissions payout
