Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions that align with business needs.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate assessment, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization to potential candidates and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the talent market.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in property development industry.
Proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent across various departments and levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
