Responsibilities Work closely with Clients to find the right candidates for Tech & Digital positions Gather information to establish the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s suitability for vacancies and gain agreement for their CVs to be submitted. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates by establishing rapport quickly. Build up personal networks maintain accurate candidate records in the database Effectively use job boards, social media, personal networks and the Capital database to obtain quality candidates. Work effectively within a team, whilst self-managing. Maintain a working knowledge of permanent, contract terms & country specific regulation. Taking responsibility for hitting financial targets and KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis. Skills and Requirements Exposure and experience in Technology (IT) Recruitment is a MUST At least 2-3 years of experience working in external recruitment Strongly motivated by commission, achievement and recognition A positive professional attitude and awareness of employer brand and the importance of own personal brand.
