We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Executive to lead our efforts in career fairs and university/campus hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong networking skills, and the ability to build relationships with educational institutions.

? Role: Senior Recruitment Executive - Career Fairs, University/Campus Hiring
Detailed Job Scope: End to end recruitment. Full Cycle Recruitment end to end process (Sourcing to Onboarding) * Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant position (get the necessary approved requisition form, job scope, level, etc)
- Posting of job adverts and shortlisting of candidates for Hiring Managers
- Liaison and arrangement for interviews between HR, Hiring Managers and candidates (inclusive of booking of interview rooms)
- Preparation of documents for interviewers - profile summary of candidates
- Offer letter preparation & negotiation with candidates
- Assist in other recruitment activities e.g. career fairs, university visits
Work Location and Business Operation Hours: Midvalley or Shah Alam office (this needs to be further discussed as current team rotates between both offices depending on management)
