RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver operational plans for a large unit or division in line with the overall treasury strategy.

• Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.

• Use data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.

• Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.

• Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization\'s policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, and ensure own work adheres to required standards. OR Identify, within the team, patterns of non-compliance with the organization\'s policies and procedures, and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate.

• Develop and deliver financial guidelines and protocols to ensure the company complies with regulations and good financial practice.

REQUIREMENTS

• University (First degree)

• Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.

• Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers.

• Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.

• Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on achieving full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.

• Independently supports business processes with comprehensive understanding and effective use of standard office equipment and standard software packages, while also providing guidance and training to others.

• Applies comprehensive knowledge to act independently while providing guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.

• Uses a comprehensive understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis independently while providing guidance and training to others.

• Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on acquiring, organizing, protecting and processing data to fulfill business objectives.
