Proactive management and grow the assigned portfolio of corporate loans
Increase depth of relationship and provide holistic solutions to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, maximize risk adjusted returns (RAROC / ROA) from the assigned portfolio in line with agreed business plan
Builds a wide client network and timely initiate prospect and assess opportunities/needs for new clients/accounts
Timely periodic review of the assigned portfolio
Undertake timely assessment on any relevant adverse market news and /or unsatisfactory account conduct which may affect the credit profile of the borrowers.
Implement and execute strategies and business development plan for the assigned portfolio
Provide guidance to Relationship Manager and Junior Relationship Manager within the team.
\xe2\x80\x9cFirst-to-know\xe2\x80\x9d with regards to corporate market development by maintaining regular customer visitation/contacts.
Participate in account planning with Client Coverage Team and collaborate with other product partners where appropriate.
Group Corporate Banking\xe2\x80\x99s principal liaison officer for the assigned portfolio for cross selling contacts and external parties.
Requirements
Minimum 4 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in corporate and/or investment banking at an established financial institution.
Strong credit writing, analysis and structuring skills.
Excellent marketing/business prospecting, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
Driven, goal oriented and possess strong relationship management skills.
