Job Description

Part of the project team to plan, manage and execute various projects in the field of Bioenergy and mini-Hydro. Feasibility studies and conceptual design works of Bioenergy and Hydro power plants. Design Review of biogas, biomass and mini-hydro projects. Technical and commercial evaluation of proposals/quotations of various equipment such as gas engines and hydro turbines. Inspection of equipment including attending Factory Acceptance Tests. Liaison and coordination works with external parties (authorities, consultants, suppliers and contractors) for the execution of projects. To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.

Requirements

At least 5 Year(s) working experience in the related industry. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical or Electrical) Strong Interest in Renewable Energy, particularly Bioenergy and Hydro. Familiar with approvals & processes of Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Sustainability Energy Development Authority (SEDA) and other Federal/State government bodies dealing with renewable energy Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English. Good with Microsoft Office. Good command of MS Project would be an added advantage.
