Primary Responsibilities: Support and coordinate Owl and Badger\'s research, stakeholder management, and business development activities. Conduct both desk and primary research on a wide variety of social and economic issues through engagement with communities, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders. Identify and evaluate opportunities for partnerships, collaboration, or business (including project proposal writing). Supervise Research Associates and Interns, providing daily guidance, fostering collaboration, and conducting regular performance reviews, while also overseeing and guiding their data analysis, proposal, and report writing processes. Manage events, workshops, and training sessions as directed by the supervisor. Attitude and Skills: Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities. Self-initiated with excellent analytical and writing skills. Good leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a diverse team and cross-cultural settings. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in social sciences. Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience in any sector. Any experience in training, teaching, or community organising is a plus. Have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken); must be willing to be based in Kuching, Sarawak. Experience in leading a team is essential. Basic knowledge and interest in social science.
