Job Description

: - Provide introduction briefing for all visitors to the park and resort - Comply with SOP standards on customer service and public safety applicable to all our in-house guides - Lead trekking activities within the park for visitors to the park and resort - Lead planning and implementation of park events and activities at the park and resort - Develop and participate in outdoor recreational activities and products (nature walks, discovery trails etc) within the park for the public - Ensure park infrastructure and facilities maintained up to date - Assist in general sales and marketing activities, including coordinating tour operator and agent visits to the park Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent - Good written and spoken English - Good initiative and willing to learn skills - Ability to work independently and keen attention to detail - Passion for the environment and rainforest - Must reside within the park at Taman Negeri Rompin
