Requirements
Malaysian only (age between 20-30)
Good communication and leadership skill
Minimum SPM with proficiency in Malay, English. (Mandarin would be advantage)
Knowledgeable in customer service and sales (Sales in Mobile Gadget would be advantage)
Able to work on shifts and public holidays
Responsibilities
Responsibility dealing on customer inquiries and complain
Take a lead role on customer service & product display
Play an integral part in contributing towards outlets sales achievement and sales growth
Responsibility on all aspects of outlet, especially in display, merchandising and cleanliness
Build and maintain good rapport with customers
