Location: KLIA2 Departure Hall

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permenant

Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Rotating shifts, 6 days/week)

We are expanding to KLIA2, serving travellers seeking a premium gifting experience -- and we're looking for a passionate Senior Retail Promoter to lead our boutique team.

Responsibilities

Lead daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store performance and excellent customer experience Motivate and guide junior promoters to achieve monthly sales targets Drive product knowledge and maintain Leonidas' premium brand standards Handle cashiering, stock management, and visual merchandising Provide personalized service and gifting recommendations to customers Ensure store cleanliness, accurate stock counts, and timely reporting

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury/F&B sales (airport or confectionery experience is an advantage) Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Passion for chocolates and premium gifting Positive, confident, and able to work in shifts, weekends & public holidays (on rotation) Fluent in English (Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage) Must be able to start work from 1-November 2025
