Job scope:
Oversee multiple operational areas: sales floor, cashier, stockroom & customer service.
Take lead in hitting monthly store sales goals & executing marketing campaigns.
Mentor junior staff and provide coaching to improve sales performance.
Review stock movement, handle stock discrepancies & support audit activities.
Manage store reports including daily sales, attendance, and operational issues.
Requirement:
Prior supervisory experience in retail industry (huge plus)
Sales-driven, able to work rotational shifts
