Job Title Senior Risk Analyst



Strategic and Tactical Initiatives

• Support with the execution of tactical and strategic initiatives for US and APAC regulatory requirements
• Intra-Group Arrangements for GRM Enterprise Risk & GRM APAC Operational Risk
• APAC Climate Risk - regulatory monitoring, reporting (monthly & quarterly), policies, Enterprise initiatives, WGs, decks
• Support with Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) requirements

Business Analysis * As part of initiative execution and identification, perform data analysis and examination to support decision making and remediation / execution activities

• Develop and design process flows and other templates to understand current state architecture and formulate target state operating model
• Create presentations summarizing findings and proposed solutions of projects and initiatives
• Support \xe2\x80\x9cBusiness as Usual\xe2\x80\x9d processes that occur on a regular basis, including risk reporting, policy reviews and other risk governance activities

Job Summary The Risk Strategy team within US Enterprise Risk manages US Risk initiatives and projects covering strategic, tactical, and regulatory scopes. Activities span both business-as-usual (BAU) / Run the Bank (RTB) and Change the Bank (CTB) activities. This team\xe2\x80\x99s mandate is to manage Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) programs for the US and APAC as well as the APAC Climate Risk program. In addition, the team also supports with additional deliverables around ControlNet, Intergroup Arrangements, BCM updates and GRM APAC Operational Risk.
