This Senior RTR Analyst (Japanese Speaker) role is a key position within the accounting and finance function, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in general ledger and record-to-report processes. You will play a pivotal role in supporting system migration projects, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer during the transition to a new Shared Services environment.

• Lead and oversee general ledger and RTR activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practices across all processes.
• Drive system migration and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability within the Shared Services environment.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RTR processes, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to the team during transformation projects.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
• Perform complex account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end closing activities with precision.
• Partner with stakeholders in Japanese to resolve queries and maintain strong communication channels.
• Provide audit support and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.

A successful Senior RTR Analyst (Japanese Speaker) should have:

• Proficiency in English and Japanese (min JLPT N2), both written and spoken. Candidate who is fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of GL/R2R experience is preferred; candidates with 1 year of experience is welcomed to apply. Experience in project migration is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of general ledger processes and accounting principles.
• Experience working with financial systems and software tools.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional services environment.
