1. Forecast sales target for Commercial Department
2. Planning on Fastentix Business Master Flow
3. Ensure FastMERCHANT smoothly onboarding into Fastentix Marketplace.
4. Strategy planning on inorganic and organic FastSQUAD acquisition.
5. Planning on FastSQUAD customer journey.
6. Fastentix BMS, Webstore and Marketplace testing.
7. Liaise with Marketing Department to plan and executed FastSQUAD Business Opportunity (FBO) for organic market.
8. Ensure FastSQUAD Business Opportunity is executed smoothly for inorganic and organic market.
9. Set short term and long term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs
10. Determine annual unit and gross profit plan by improving marketing strategies, analysis trends and result
11. Maintain deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences Establish effective planning, setting sales goals, analysis data on past performance and projecting new and future performance
12. Analyze sales data on sales result and develop plan to address performances gap
