Our client is a leading machinery parts supplier offering various engineering solutions in industrial automation and supplies for industrial combustion, waterworks, gears and motors

As the Senior Sales and Application Engineer, you will be responsible for sales activities, technical support and any other duties determined by the company from design through delivery by ensuring compliance, quality, and technical excellence.

The Senior Sales and Application Engineer will be responsible to:

Act as the central point of communication between principals, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle. Ensure that all projects comply with contractual, regulatory, and technical requirements Provide comprehensive technical guidance to clients, consultants, and contractors. Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, product testing reports, commercial offers, and other required project documentation Lead the execution of assigned projects from initiation to completion Foster strong relationships with existing clients through regular engagement and support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Promoting and developing new market segments by identifying untapped or emerging segments. To achieve the divisional targets set upon by management.

The Ideal Candidate:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic). Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with 3 years in a senior sales role. Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Malay. Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,856.00 per month
