We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at 6ixty 8ight Creative Fashions Sdn Bhd.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases Maintain a well-organised and visually appealing store environment Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results Assist with store opening and closing procedures Actively seek opportunities to learn, grow and develop within the role

What we're looking for

FEMALE ONLY.

Malaysian citizen, minimum 18 years old Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Demonstrable sales skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized store environment Able to work full shifts, weekends and public holidays and willing to stay back when required (e.g. sales setup, price adjustments, stock take). Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle or public transport) Must be able to cover other stores (Selangor/KL area) when needed Dependable and punctual, fulfilling work responsibilities consistently A strong passion for customer service, ensuring every shopper has a positive experience Flexible and adaptable, able to work as part of a team or independently Passion for the retail industry and a keen interest in fashion trends Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with the 6ixty8ight brand image
