We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Consultant to lead and grow sales efforts. This person will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business, mentoring junior sales staff, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experience aligned with the company's quality standards. The right candidate is result-oriented, customer focused, and comfortable working across channels (walk-ins, consults, projects) with strong product knowledge of blinds, curtains and related window coverings.
Tanggungjawab

  • Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, networking, referrals, and managing leads from consultations.
  • Conduct on-site consultations with clients (homes, offices, hotels, etc.), understanding their design, light, privacy, and functionality needs; propose appropriate products, taking into account style, budget, and technical feasibility.
  • Prepare and deliver professional quotations, follow-ups, negotiations and close sales.
  • Manage key & project accounts; ensure client satisfaction from consultation through installation and after-sales.
  • Coordinate with design, production, measuring & installation teams to ensure smooth handovers and project execution.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets (both in revenue & margins), generate forecasts, monitor pipeline, and report regularly to management.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales consultants / staff; provide guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service.
  • Maintain strong and up-to-date product knowledge (materials, motorised systems, window films, etc.), market trends, competitor offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring resolution that preserves brand reputation.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, partnerships or marketing events to promote products.
