We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinating to join our dynamic E-Retail team. The Ideal candidate will assist Sales Manager / Key Account Executive in Sales Process, inventory, Delivery schedules manage, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process customers order, payment follow up and manage delivery schedules.
• Communication with different department to expedite workflow
• Inform customer, clients and sales team of unforeseen delays or problems
• To coordinate with Production and Logistics personnel to convey/update delivery or shipment information to the customers
• To handle sales calls, emails, and enquiries from existing or new customers
• To assist in achieving sales target set by company.
• To ensure timely collection of amounts due from customers
• Reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.
• Inform customer, clients and sales team of unforeseen delays or problems

; Requirements: -

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; at least min 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Proficiency in English and Malay
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Organizational and time-management skills
