Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and refine strategies proactively.
Define and track sales KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centricity.
Drive continuous development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Business Development
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Expand the client base with a focus on long-term relationships and key accounts.
Drive market penetration initiatives and account-based planning.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong C-level client relationships.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless client experiences.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing large deals.
Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and pipeline performance reporting.
Ensure effective use of CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large-scale sales teams in APAC.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales strategies, market dynamics, and client relationship management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
