Responsibilities:

Sales Content Management

  • Consolidate, collect and categorise all sales content, onboarding guides sales decks, client support materials, battle cards, rate cards and pitch materials.
  • Build, maintain and optimise a Sales Content Hub that operates as a one-stop shop for all
  • DSS sales and revenue teams to utilise in pursuit of all client meetings, support and conversations.

    Sales Onboarding Program
  • Build and run a Sales Onboarding program for all new hires in the Business Development,
  • Customer Success, Sales Ops and other teams, as applicable.
    Build a sales coach bench internally from within PropertyGuru to ensure that the program covers all aspects of PropertyGuru Marketplaces, DSS products & solutions, sales guides, sales content, How-To-Sell coaching and sales tools and pipeline management.

  • Sales Coaching | DSS Product Sales Certifications
  • Build and implement internal sales coaching programs, learning guides and quiz-based certifications based on DSS products & solutions as well as B2B sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Build and implement sales coaching programs for managers in Sales & Customer Success functions.
  • Work with the PropertyGuru L&D team to ensure these programs are tracked and monitored internally.
  • Share regular reports on sales coaching program metrics and completion / pass rates with leadership.

    Other Tasks
  • Work with DSS leadership on Sales Competency mapping, development and improvement programs.
  • Work on Sales Kickoff Activity projects on an annual / bi-annual basis.
  • Work with the Sales Ops team to ensure overall Salesforce CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
  • Work on Sales tools (LinkedIn SalesNav, Salesforce CRM etc.) to enhance productivity & team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with at least 5 years of B2B Sales Enablement or B2B Project
  • Management (linked to sales and revenue objectives) within a fast-paced and highly competitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environment (direct client facing role).
  • Proven track record as a solid performer in project management, process excellence and stakeholder management.
  • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in an online startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
  • Must be able to work independently most of the time and think strategically when approaching tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively network with all sales & revenue within the PropertyGuru business.
  • Coachable attitude: Should be willing and able to learn about the PropertyGuru platform, the multiple DSS products, processes, and stakeholders extremely fast.
  • Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly.
  • Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech startup.
  • Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (E.g., Salesforce) and Sales tech (E.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
