Senior Sales Engineer - Circuit BreakerA global European market leader in power distribution protection, monitoring, control, and systems is looking for a Senior/Sales Engineer for the Malaysian market.Key Responsibilities of a Senior Sales Engineer - Circuit Breaker:

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while focusing on developing new customers in the Malaysian market.
• Evaluate and develop strategies for targeted markets to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
• Conduct market research, forecast, and provide feedback to the Sales Director.
• Confidently drive product presentations and market penetration.
• Maintain a sales-driven mindset focused on achieving revenue targets.
• Exhibit a "hunter" mentality to seek new customers.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales, especially in OEMs, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
• Possess strong technical acumen and effectively communicate technical concepts.
• Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Provide weekly reports to the Sales Director.
• Organize training for vendors, distributors, and customers.
• Confidently conduct presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
• Stay informed about new product launches and acquire the necessary technical knowledge.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Engineering, preferably in electrical engineering.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant sales experience in a related segment/industry.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and proactive individual who excels at acquiring new clients.
• Knowledge in handling low-voltage electrical products.
