Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years\' experience in a sales role, with at least a year in a senior or leadership position.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans in alignment with the company\'s objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing timely reports and feedback to the leadership team.
• Team Development: Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
