:Your Tasks

• You will be reporting to Business Assurance Senior Manager to drive and lead the sales and marketing management of Business Assurance Malaysia business and market.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new opportunities, markets, partnerships or business alliances to reach out to target customers for new services
• Work with Management team to conceptualize and develop sales strategies for targeted portfolios, industries or sectors to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets. Drive the execution of sales strategies through local operations and strategic partners
• Ensure prompt and accurate generation of quotations for inquiries
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of the financial health and sales performance as well as on the key market drivers and dynamics through monthly sales reporting
• Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
• To drive and support lead generation initiatives including digital Management System and Training
• Provide sales and product training and coaching at the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
• Build, strengthen and optimize relationships with the clients, prospects and partners through regular customer visits with local sales as well as timely address of customers\' enquiries, feedback and comments

Your Qualifications

• Key Requirements:
• Bachelor\'s Degree in any discipline preferably with at least 3 years of experience sales or business development in Management System Certification
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language
• Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and management of major accounts for growth
• Possess strong business acumen, process orientation and versatility to thrive in a matrix organisation
• Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management to drive through business initiatives
• Resourceful and meticulous
