The company is a leading solutions provider and distributor of specialty chemicals and life science ingredients. They are currently looking for Senior Sales Executive to develop sales opportunities for their range coating & resin related products.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Develops and executes the Department\'s business plan in line with Regional and Company business strategy
• Prepares and recommends yearly sales and expense budgets including direct and control sales activities and operations of the Department
• Develops effective sales and marketing plans and strategies based on RBU/ country strategies and conduct market research for new markets, new product development, market information, and industrial movement
• Reviews products\' performance and stocks provision
• Maintains good rapport and long-term relationship with customers, understands their needs and monitors products\' performance
• Collaborates with principals/ suppliers on technical and commercial issues to develop business benefiting both parties, including review on price negotiation.
• Works in collaboration with the Business Line Head and Regional Portfolio Manager to execute regional strategies and strengthen the Company\'s product portfolio
• Provides local market information, industry movement, competitor analysis, and competitiveness of products
• Ensures efficient and accurate MRP stock planning in order to maintain the optimal stock level for smooth operations
• Monitors outstanding accounts and ensures meeting of collection targets to ensure the Company profitability

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science Degree in any discipline, preferably in Chemistry
• 4- 5 years of sales experience related to coating and resin or in similar industry
• Excellent selling skills with strong knowledge of sales processes, service standards, sales forecasting and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office applications - Words, Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP application for sales information
• Strong problem solving, analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Well versed in Environment, Health and Safety requirements
• Willing to travel locally and internationally
