Possess a Diploma in any field with at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the distribution of consumer products.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, market analysis, and retail sales is essential.
Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within the retail, B2B, and corporate sectors.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and experience working with renowned retailers is highly desirable.
Must be willing to work onsite and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for the 13 brands of household consumer products.
Requirements:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the retail, B2B, and corporate sectors for all 13 brands.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including renowned retailers, B2B clients, and corporate customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Oversee and optimize retail sales performance by collaborating with retailers, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and monitoring sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team, providing insights into sales trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and trade events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility for all 13 brands.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Malaysian market, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting compelling sales proposals to potential clients in the B2B and corporate sectors.
