Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target. Responsible for carrying out prospecting calls. Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with customers in need of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s freight transportation services. Maintain consistent positive interactions to nurture customer relationships. Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution. Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers/ customers. Responsible for aiding successful pick-up and delivering, and over the road assistance while customers\xe2\x80\x99 freight moves across America\xe2\x80\x99s motorways. Perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses. Job Requirement Must have at least a minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years sales experience or those with solid background of transport logistics would be an added advantage. Practical experience and proven track record of successful Logistics Sales in Malaysia or any other region. Familiar with sea, air and truck forwarding. Willingness to travel to meet with clients. Self-driven, enthusiastic and highly motivated to succeed. Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and decision making skills. Good interpersonal skills, team player, ability to work within tight deadlines. Highly motivated, hardworking, accurate and fast. Willing to go the extra mile for the customers.
