Salary :
Salary Range RM4000 - RM5000
Job Scope :
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Travel throughout assigned territories to call on regular and prospective
- customers to solicit orders, to talk with customers on sales floor or by phone.
- Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalogues, and emphasize
- sellable features.
- To gather and act upon market intelligence information focusing on
- opportunities for new market and new product development.
- Communicate market information on competitors' activities and market offer.
- Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders
- obtained.
- Estimate date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own
- company's production and delivery schedules.
- Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
- Work with inside team members to keep account activities and literature up
- to date.
- Coordinate customer training and seminars.
- Enter new customers' data and other sales data for current customers into
- computer database.
- To procure sales for the company and to work towards meeting target set by
- the management.
- To achieve minimum 3 approved new customers per month. (Cash customers
- and credit customers)
- To monitor on collection and to ensure as far as possible that all credit
- accounts are brought current.
- Investigate and resolve customers' problems with deliveries.
