Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

to join our dynamic team at a Japanese manufacturing company located in Shah Alam. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in sales and marketing activities, including the implementation of marketing plans and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and sales strategies. Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations. Support customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing. Occasionally travel within Malaysia for client visits or business meetings.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent. 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales & marketing within the manufacturing industry. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Able to work independently, with strong communication and people-oriented skills. Willing to travel occasionally within Malaysia.

Salary and Benefits
