Job Summary:

Sany International Developing (M) Sdn Bhd, a world-leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Executive in Malaysia. You will drive sales of Sany Pumping and Road Machinery products, build strong client relationships, and contribute directly to business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals looking to advance their career in a global, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and consistently achieve revenue targets for Sany Pumping and Road Machinery products.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Proactively identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and enhance customer loyalty.

Represent Sany at trade shows, product demonstrations, and client meetings. Present products professionally, highlight value propositions, and create engaging experiences that strengthen brand awareness and client confidence.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and exceptional after-sales service.

Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports to management. Share market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection according to the contract; handle overdue accounts and communicate with customers to resolve issues.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2- 3 years of sales experience in any industry; experience in engineering machinery or heavy equipment is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready to travel within Malaysia.

Fluent in English & Malay. Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
