Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on outdoor sales, engaging directly with customers to promote our IT products and solutions, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach new business opportunities through outdoor visits, networking, and referrals.

Conduct on-site product presentations, demos, and consultations to potential clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

Client Engagement



Understand client needs and propose suitable IT products or services.

Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to close deals effectively.

Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and post-sales support.

Market & Territory Management



Plan and execute sales visits across assigned territories (Selangor / Klang Valley area).

Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required.

Reporting & Coordination



Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates.

Work closely with internal teams (technical, support, and admin) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.

Qualifications & Skills



Education

Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

Skills



Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay (Chinese is an advantage).

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and time management abilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently for client meetings.

Compensation & Benefits



Basic Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 8,000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours



Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Flexible working arrangements may be considered based on field activities).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
