Job Summary



Driven sales revenue by promoting the company's projects, delivering excellent sales result as KPI sales target set by the management and provide professional customer service and establishing long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibility



To achieve individual KPI sales target and overall business objective set by the management, deliver positive result and bring profitable margin to sustain the group. To effectively promote and sell the company's properties. Liaise with internal marketing in development projects and assist in coordinating and execute marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, events, and campaigns. Support marketing department in the implementation of marketing programmes. Participate in all sales launches and promotional events locally or oversea. Upkeep and ensure show village / show units / sales office / exhibition booth are in tip-top condition. To handle all sales enquiries, walk -in and incoming call customers at sales gallery, email, digital platform, road show, exhibition, private launching events etc. Conduct market research and survey on property market development and provide feedback to improve overall sales delivery and service quality. Follow up with customer the payment collection including booking deposit, balance 10% down payment, ensuring the SPA is signing with loan in placed. Responsible to assist customer submit bank loan documents to EF bank and obtaining loan approval. Follow up with EF Bank the loan status until Bank Letter of Offer is issuing and acceptance by customer. Coordinate the preparation and signing of documentations including liaison with sales admin, purchasers, solicitors and bankers. Monitor property of sales with Sales Admin Department to ensure information in MHUB system is always kept up to date and accurate. Prepare weekly reports including loan tracking reports and month end reports for control of collection and submit to Sales & Marketing Manager. To carry out any other job tasks/ assignments as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or direct superior

Position Requirements



Minimum SPM / STPM Minimum 3-5 years sales knowledge and experiences in property field Real estate agents with experiences are encouraged to apply Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin & Cantonese will be added advantage. Pleasant, Outgoing & friendly personality Possess own transport and able to travel. Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday. Team player and able to work independently that process good working attitude.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
